DesignColumbus brings together leaders in sustainable architecture, healthy building strategies and wellness-focused design from central Ohio and beyond. This one-day event takes place on March 10 at Columbus State Community College’s Mitchell Hall and features inspiring speakers, educational sessions and an exhibit floor showcasing Tubelite and EFCO brand products.
Part of Apogee Enterprises, Inc.’s Architectural Framing Systems (AFS) segment, Tubelite and EFCO brands offer aluminum-framed storefront, curtainwall, entrance and window systems. Serving our clients and colleagues in northeastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania, Josh Cullen of Murfin Commercial Building Products will be on-site with Apogee AFS’ Rob Jezior to share our best-in-class product offering.
Tubelite and EFCO products help design and building teams achieve their projects’ daylighting, thermal performance and condensation resistance requirements to create sustainable, energy-efficient, comfortable and attractive spaces.
In addition to connecting with exhibitors, DesignColumbus presents Scott Hurst with Gensler and Jonathan Moody with Moody Nolan as the luncheon keynote. Attendees also can choose up to four of 12 continuing education sessions. Many are eligible for professional development credit for members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the International WELL Building Institute (WELL). For additional continuing education credits, see our on-demand courses at https://teach.tubeliteusa.com.
Following DesignColumbus’ educational sessions, a happy hour networking and social event starts at 4 p.m. Those in attendance can win valuable door prizes.
DesignColumbus is co-hosted USGBC Ohio and Design Ohio. Please visit https://designcolumbus.org/ for a detailed schedule and to register for the event.
