The National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) hosts its annual Spring Committee Meeting on March 25-27 at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court in Baltimore.
John Kolbeck, Product Development Engineer III, will be representing Tubelite and Apogee Enterprises, Inc. as a participating member. Kolbeck was among the first certified by NFRC to use the Component Modeling Approach software tool (CMAST) for a Manufacturer Approved Calculation Entity (ACE) Organization.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the NFRC is committed to advancing continuous improvement of windows, doors, and skylights, contributing to making buildings more comfortable and energy efficient. Members in good standing are eligible to vote on a total of 13 ballots from the Research & Technology Committee, Technical Committee and Ratings Committee.
