Tubelite Inc. has named Kevin O’Neill as a client development manager serving clients in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Based in New Jersey, he reports directly to Tubelite regional sales manager Jim Oberlin. They work closely with glazing contractors and architectural teams across the region to provide assistance with storefront, curtainwall, entrances and daylight control systems.
O’Neill started his career in 1990 at Kawneer Company in New Jersey as a project manager and was promoted throughout his years at the company before landing in the architectural sales representative role. He continued his career as an architectural sales representative at Kalwall Corporation in New Hampshire, at YKK AP America in Massachusetts and at Oldcastle Building Envelope in Rhode Island. He returned to New Jersey and to project management in his most recent position at Boss Glass Company.
Throughout his time as an architectural sales representative, O’Neill coordinated with building owners, architects, general and glazing contractors on expansions and new construction projects. He continuously evaluated drawings for structural compliance and building standards, and advised architects on product application and specifications.
O’Neill continues to share his knowledge with Tubelite’s customers and at industry events in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Along with his professional experience, he earned a bachelor’s degree in operations management from Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey.
